General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Course offering

The institute offers a comprehensive training program in German language and culture. Course duration and fees are as follows:

2. Terms of payment

  • The course fee for each level (A1, A2, B1, B2.1, B2.2) is 25,000 KES and covers the two-month course duration.

  • The entire course fee must be paid in full before the start of each level.

  • Failure to pay the course fee on time will result in exclusion from classes and blocking of access to course materials and online platforms.

  • The payment deadline ends one day before the course starts (example: course starts on October 13th → payment deadline October 12th).

3. Class times

Classes take place Monday through Friday at the agreed-upon course times. Participants will be notified of any changes in time.

4. Course materials

  • The institute provides teaching materials in PDF format.

  • Participants must bring a printed version of their assigned materials to class.

  • Printouts can be made either through the institute (for a fee) or independently.

5. Duties of participants

  • Regular and punctual attendance at classes.

  • Compliance with institute rules and respectful interaction with teachers and fellow students.

  • Personal responsibility for transport, meals, insurance, writing materials and other personal expenses.

6. Communication

The institute and participants commit to cooperative, respectful, and timely communication. The privacy of both parties will be respected.

7. Disclosure of educational level

  • Participants must provide their educational and professional qualifications before registering in order to be placed in the appropriate program.

  • False or incomplete information may result in immediate termination of participation without refund.

8. Dispute resolution

  • The law of the Republic of Kenya applies.

  • Disputes are preferably settled through arbitration or mediation.

  • Legal action is only taken in exceptional cases.

9. Changes and termination

  • Changes to these Terms and Conditions must be made in writing.

  • Termination is possible by mutual consent, force majeure, death, permanent illness or insolvency of one party.
